Who can enroll in your permanent makeup courses?
Our courses are open to women from all backgrounds, whether you’re new to beauty or an experienced professional looking to upskill. We welcome complete beginners and those already working in the industry.
Are your courses accredited and Ofqual regulated?
Yes! All our Level 3 & 4 courses are Ofqual regulated and nationally recognized, so you can be confident you’re receiving high-quality, accredited training.
Do I need any prior experience?
No previous experience is required. Our courses are designed for both complete beginners and beauty professionals who want to expand their skills.
Where does the training take place?
All training is held in our private, welcoming studio in Wilmington, Kent—easily accessible for students from Kent, London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and beyond.
How long does the training take?How long does the training take?
Our PMU courses include 3 days of in-person, hands-on training at our studio. After this, you’ll complete your case studies and coursework at your own pace, with ongoing support from me every step of the way. Most students finish all requirements and qualify within a few weeks, but you have up to 6 months to complete the course from initial registration.
Do your courses include a kit?
Yes! All our courses come with a full luxury kit, carefully selected to provide you with everything you need to start your permanent makeup journey with confidence.
What support do you offer after the course?
We provide ongoing support, resources, and business advice to all our graduates, helping you build a successful PMU career even after you qualify.
What qualifications will I receive?
You’ll receive a nationally recognised Level 3 or Level 4 VTCT Skills qualification in eyebrow micropigmentation, opening doors to a professional career in permanent makeup.

Policies & Payments
Is my deposit refundable or transferable?
No, all deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be sure you can attend your chosen course date before booking.
Can I cancel or reschedule my course after booking?
Once your deposit is received, your course booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. This means we cannot offer refunds or move your booking to another date or person.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer interest-free payment plans over 12 months for qualifying courses, subject to approval by our payment partner. If you’d like to explore this option, just let us know when booking.
What happens if I miss a day of training?
You must attend all scheduled training days to receive your certificate. One extra training day is included if needed, but any additional days are charged at £399 per day.
Will I receive a certificate after the course?
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and assessments. Please note that attending the course alone doesn’t guarantee certification – you’ll need to meet all criteria and standards set out in the program.
Do I need insurance or a special licence to take the course?
Yes, students are responsible for arranging their own insurance and any necessary special treatment licence as required by their local council. We’re happy to offer guidance if you’re unsure what you need!
